Understanding Test Accommodations

We provide customized testing arrangements for candidates with documented needs. Every request is reviewed individually alongside your university or testing program to ensure fair and accessible conditions.

Common accommodations include

All pre approved medical or comfort aids are visually inspected by on site staff at the reception desk prior to room entry.

Accommodations for Nursing Parents

Proctor Pro Europe supports candidates needing time or private space to pump or breastfeed during their appointment.

Pumping On Site

• Your exam sponsor must approve break accommodations before booking your test date

• Every European hub provides a quiet private space with an electrical outlet table and chair

• Dedicated spaces are assigned on a first come first served basis

Direct Breastfeeding

• Children are not permitted inside testing rooms or candidate carrels

• Nursing must take place in designated visitor spaces or outside the facility depending on sponsor break guidelines

• Check with your specific testing program to confirm whether leaving the facility perimeter during breaks is permitted
